Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate or multiple Accounts — including Accounts created under different names, email addresses or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, all Accounts associated with the User may be closed, balances forfeited and access permanently denied.
You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party without their knowledge, and that you are placing wagers for entertainment purposes using funds that are entirely your own and sourced lawfully.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address and a chosen password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. kk2223 takes reasonable steps to ensure accuracy of odds, scores, results and promotional information displayed on the Platform. However, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error — including clearly incorrect odds or settlement of a bet on an incorrect result — kk2223 reserves the right to correct such errors and to void or re-settle affected bets accordingly.
kk2223 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to market availability, individual account limits and applicable rules for the relevant sport or game. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued by the Platform.
Odds are presented in decimal format by default, with fractional and American format options available in account settings. Odds for cricket (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other covered sports are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate continuously and reflect real-time match developments.
Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for Pakistan domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures, or the relevant football league authority. In the event of a dispute, kk2223's decision on settlement shall be final, subject to the formal complaints process described in these Terms.
kk2223 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment, manifest pricing error, evidence of match manipulation, breach of these Terms by the User, or technical failure resulting in incorrect odds being offered. Voided bets return the stake to the User's Account balance.
Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply across all markets. These limits vary by sport, market type and User Account tier. Current limits are accessible within the Platform betting interface. kk2223 is not obligated to honour winnings that exceed applicable limits where those limits were clearly displayed at the time of bet placement.
Users may fund their kk2223 Account using payment methods available at the time of deposit. Payment options and their availability vary and are subject to change. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on kk2223 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between specific offer terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (for example, 10× or 15× the bonus amount) is stated on the individual offer page. Users should review and understand wagering requirements before claiming any bonus. Initiating a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Where bonus abuse is detected, kk2223 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and take further Account action.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the Account may be withheld for the duration of the investigation.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending wagering requirements on active bonus balances, any outstanding bets, and pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before final Account closure is processed. Closed Accounts may not be reopened during any active self-exclusion period.
Users who wish to stop gambling on kk2223 may activate self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation. During the self-exclusion period, the Account is locked, promotional communications are suspended, and the User is prevented from creating new Accounts. Users will be notified of material changes through on-Platform notices, email notifications (where provided) or updated "Last reviewed" dates on this page.
